Morning classes are still available over this Christmas Holiday so you can keep up your practice!

Morning classes will be made available on the following days:

24/12 10:00 Mat Pilates Flow, 11:00 Reformer Flow, 12:00 Reformer Intro

26/12 10:00 Reformer Flow, 11:00 Reformer Intro, 12:00 Mat Pilates Flow

30/12 10:00 Mat Flex'ability

ℹ️ Important Update for all Group Classes from December 20th

Starting December 20th, all Mat and Reformer classes will require a minimum of two confirmed bookings in order to take place.

This means that a class will only proceed if at least two participants have booked in advance.

If fewer than two people are signed up, the class will be cancelled, and any bookings will be notified 12 hours before the class. You will also be able to see active bookings in your Bsport profile.

This helps us ensure a consistent and high-quality group class experience for everyone.

We recommend booking early to secure your spot and help keep your preferred class on the schedule. Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
