Nadia Negm

Originally from Egypt, Nadia competed in the 2016 Rio Games. After facing injuries and athletic burnout, she discovered Pilates and fell back in love with movement 💞 Now, she’s passionate about helping others do the same.

Nadia brings the heat in every class while focusing on body awareness, strength, and joy. Her dynamic teaching style is both challenging and supportive. She strives to create a welcoming space where everyone can feel empowered and connected to their body.

Kate

Kate is an Irish aerial artist and Pilates instructor based in Lisbon. With a background in Aerial Arts, Vayu Yoga, and Pilates, she’s been teaching since 2016 across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Her classes are fun, creative, technical, and empowering—always set to an epic playlist 🎶 For Kate, movement is a tool for connection, challenge, and lasting empowerment.

Pauline

After spending hours behind a computer, her Pilates practice is all about opening the body and reclaiming space—countering the crunch of daily life with movement and ease.

Pauline discovered Pilates during recovery from an injury, and it became the foundation for returning to a full, active life. That journey back to healthy movement unlocked a love for yoga, hiking, and bouldering.Now based in Lisbon for nearly 3 years, between the vibrant neighborhoods of Graça and Mouraria, she’s ready to move, connect, and grow together.

Diana

Meet our dynamic Diana! 💫An aerial artist, performer, and movement teacher from Portugal. Her journey started with pole dance and aerial silks and grew into a deep passion for movement in all its forms. Since 2015, she’s been sharing that love through aerials, flexibility, and yoga – using movement as both art and a tool for empowerment.Expect dynamic, creative, and sweaty classes that leave you feeling strong, open, and joyful – on and off the mat. 💫

Meet our ✨radiant✨ Eimear!A Pilates Instructor and Physiotherapist from Ireland, now bringing her energy and expertise to the Anjos Pilates team! 🇮🇪✨Eimear is passionate about helping others build a strong mind-body connection and rediscover joy through movement. Everything you need to know about our classes.
What type of classes do you offer?
We offer three types of Mat Pilates classes — Pilates Flow, Pilates Power, and Pilates Mobility — designed to complement each other for a well-rounded practice.
What is included?
When you take a class, you are welcome to use our space, chill out and have coffee or tea on the house 😉
What happens if I don't use all my credits in my packs?
Any leftover credits will be carried over and added to your next purchased credit pack.
How does the membership work?
Memberships require a 2-month commitment. You can cancel at any time after that, as long as it's at least one week before the end of your current billing month.
Can I come if I am pregnant?
Absolutely mama! We’d love to have you. Please just make sure you have a doctor’s note clearing you to participate in a group class.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 6 hours before class to keep your credit.
