More about us & what we do
At Anjos Pilates, small class sizes and expert attention are the foundation. We keep things intimate so you receive the personalized guidance and support your body truly deserves. Our sessions are carefully tailored to meet you where you are, whether you're rebuilding, strengthening, or simply showing up. You’re not just another body in the room. You’re part of a supportive community, and we’re here to help you feel grounded, seen, and get the results you came for.
Anjos Pilates was born from a deep connection to movement and a lifelong background in sports. With experience in Olympic rowing and elite freediving, we understand how powerful intentional movement can be. Pilates became a way to heal, reconnect, and find new strength. We're here to help you feel strong, grounded, and truly at home in your body. We believe movement should support your wellbeing, not deplete it. This is space is for you, welcoming, supportive, and a grounding force for when you need it most.
