We offer three types of Mat Pilates classes — Pilates Flow, Pilates Power, and Pilates Mobility — designed to complement each other for a well-rounded practice.
Cancel at least 12 hours before class to keep your credit.

Memberships require a 2-month commitment. You can cancel at any time after that, as long as it's at least one week before the end of your current billing month.
When you take a class, you are welcome to use our space, grab a towel and help yourself to water
