Small Classes, Big Impact - that's been our motto from day 1. But what exactly does that mean?
In a nutshell, we believe you're most likely to get results from your Pilates practice when you get personalised attention and care. In a class with only 5 Reformers our instructors can give you individual feedback, adjust you carefully and even modify the difficulty of the class to your ability.
Why is that important? Because you deserve the most from your practice. It's difficult to improve or get results when you can't see or hear your instructor properly. It's even more difficult for an instructor to give you individual feedback when there are many bodies in the room. Let's face it, we're not perfect and could all do with some adjustments in our practice.

So far, small classes have paid off. Our clients have said things like: "This was like a private session" or "I can't believe how much stronger I feel after 2 weeks" or "This is the first time I really felt every move in that sequence". Our class sized are about quality over quantity.
Our class sizes are about quality over quantity.
Apart from quality, we also want to build an environment where you feel safe, because your instructor has your back. It's hard to feel seen or safe when you're one in dozens of people. When you feel safe you're more likely to feel good. And when you feel good you're more likely to focus and improve.
There's one more big plus: Small class sizes mean an opportunity to connect and move with the group. Anjos Pilates is not just a place to focus on your Pilates practice but also a place to make friends and connect with your community in Anjos.
If you ever want to work on something specific or need anything, don't hesitate to speak to your instructor. We're keeping classes small so you can do get the results you deserve.
