We're excited to welcome you to our beautiful new Anjos home for our Pilates Studio. The studio is now fully air conditioned, so you can stay cool and comfortable during every workout, even on the hottest summer days, and we've had a few already!

Welcome to Our New Studio

We've been overwhelmed by all the wonderful feedback since opening our new space. Thank you to everyone who has visited us.

Every part of our Reformer Pilates and Mat Pilates studio here in Lisbon has been thoughtfully designed to give you the best possible experience. From improved layouts to premium equipment, every detail is there to help you enjoy your practice and get the most from each session.

Our new studio is fully climate controlled, keeping you cool and comfortable throughout your workout. The building also stays naturally cooler than our previous location, making it the ideal place to move, strengthen and recharge all summer.

We can't wait to welcome you into the new space.

Our bright Mat Pilates studio in Anjos, Lisbon features natural light, a full ventilation system and climate control, creating a calm and comfortable environment for every class.

Upstairs, our Reformer Pilates  studio is equipped with Allegro 2 Reformers and generous spacing between each machine, giving you plenty of room to move with confidence.
