Find your Reformer Flow class on our schedule everyday in the mornings and afternoons. On weekends we offer Reformer Flow on Saturday and Sunday mornings.

If you want to slow things down and give your body the recovery it deserves, then this class is perfect for you. With a focus on gentle movement, mobility, and deep stretching on the reformers, this class is great for beginner and intermediate levels and ideal for anyone who is prioritising recovery.
Find Reformer Restore on our schedule on Tuesday nights at 8pm, Wednesday mornings at 8am, Thursday nights at 8pm and on Sundays at noon.

This mat-based class focuses on flexibility, mobility, and lengthening the body. It's perfect for releasing tension and improving range of motion. Whether you are crouched in front of a desk all day or an active athlete, this class will help you loosen tightness while reconnecting with your body and building flexibility.

Our Reformer Intro Class is the perfect place to start. You'll learn the fundamentals, get comfortable with the reformer, and build confidence before joining our regular reformer classes.
Our Reformer Intro is available weekday evenings and on Saturday afternoons at 1pm.
