Growing Pilates Lisbon in Lisbon Together

Over the past months, something really special has been building here. What started as a small studio has grown into a strong and supportive community of people who care about each other and about their wellbeing.

Whether you've been joining us on the Reforemrer or on the Mat  we want to sincelery thank you for the next step of growing this Pilates community in Anjos and in Lisbon.

None of this would exist without you and we are deeply grateful for your ongoing support.

Your support, your consistency and your energy in the studio have helped us grow faster than we ever expected. Thank you so very much for being part of this journey with us.

We Are Moving, Just Around the Corner ✨

We have some exciting news to share. Our studio will be moving to a new space in Anjos. Don’t worry, we are not going far. It’s just a one minute walk from where we are now.

So your routine stays almost exactly the same, just with a new, and better, door to walk through.

The new studio gives us more room to breathe and to improve your experience. We are creating a more dedicated space for our Mat Pilates classes, designed with care so your practice grets even better. At the same time, we are keeping what matters most. Small class sizes, personal attention, as well as that calm and welcoming atmosphere you’ve told us you value. We don't change what we are, we are just making the Anjos Pilates space better, not only bigger.

We still keep classes small so instructors can really see you and support you and we create a space where you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. We help you build strength, improve mobility and move with more confidence

This new space just allows us to do all of that a little bit better and will be a huge upgrade especially for your exeperince on the mat. Rest assured that classes will reatin their high quality and we will still be much smaller than other big Pilates studios in Lisbon.
